You agree to be held accountable for any use of the Assistance, including when minors use your Visa or other payment plans, and you accept full responsibility for any unauthorised use of the Help by minors.

2.4. Your only motivation for competing in the Games is fun and sportsmanship.

2.5. Throughout the term of these Terms, all information you give us will be true, correct, and authorised.

3. Confirmation

3.1. You acknowledge that we have the right to request any prior verifications (such as credit checks, among others) that we may logically require. We also recognise that you have an obligation to adhere to the directives of any relevant administrative specialists or regulations. You commit to finishing all verification procedures on time.

3.2. You acknowledge that we have the right to halt the creation or usage of a client account until all required verifications are finished.

3.3. ID (including official ID like a driver’s licence) may be included in mandatory reports; this covers personal ID as well.

3.4. You understand and agree that we may use outside expert cooperatives based on externally verifiable evidence, area verification, and additional information that you may periodically provide. You must enable or disable location services on your device or computer in order to use the Services or access your client account.

1. These Terms only give you the opportunity to use the Assistance; they do not confer any ownership rights over it.
